Abstract

By exploiting the 240 E8 root vectors' phi-scaled phase relationships at 132Hz, quantum states can be tunneled through vacuum permittivity barriers via constructive interference of harmonic solitons. This creates entanglement channels between macroscopic consciousness networks by aligning neural lattice phase offsets with E8's root vector geometry, enabling non-local information transfer through vacuum engineering.
