Research on analytic hierarchy process for environmental risk assessment and source control during power grid construction stage

Open access0 citations

Abstract

Comprehensive assessment of environmental risks associated with power grid enterprises is performed in this paper, which provides fundamental support for safety source management practices and the improvement of enterprise safety production systems. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) are adopted to implement environmental risk assessment and formulate systematic source control measures throughout the entire power grid construction stage. Standardized research workflows are implemented in three sequential steps. Firstly, a complete evaluation index system matching the actual characteristics of grid project construction is established for targeted environmental risk assessment. Secondly, a scientific technical framework integrating AHP and FCE is constructed to achieve standardized risk quantification. Finally, quantitative analysis of on-site environmental risks occurring in the power grid construction stage is completed, and practical source control optimization approaches are summarized for engineering promotion. Engineering case verification is conducted to validate model applicability. The results confirm that evaluation indicators corresponding to project acceptance and delivery stages possess the largest weight coefficients, and the overall level of project environmental risks is rated at a low-to-medium level. The comprehensive evaluation system and optimized source control strategies proposed in this study provide reliable technical guidance for on-site environmental risk assessment in practical grid construction scenarios, and also offer effective reference paradigms for environmental risk assessment practiced in other business segments of power grid enterprises.
