Perfect Cast Castable Portfolio for SLA, DLP and LCD

Abstract

The Perfect Cast white paper presents the 3Dresyns castable VPP portfolio as a workflow-based system organised around three pattern-removal mechanisms: thermal burnout, heat melt-and-flow and water dissolution. Grade selection is additionally matched to printer-power compatibility within the burnout family. Pattern-removal route is selected before printing and cannot be recovered downstream by exposure adjustment. Perfect Cast LPP and HPP address the thermal-burnout route for different printer-power environments; HS1 Bio and HS2 MF Bio provide heat melt-and-flow routes; and WS1 provides water-removable sacrificial pattern capability without requiring the same thermal removal workflow.
