Abstract

This white paper covers aerospace and space manufacturing applications using high-performance 3Dresyns materials, including structural, high-HDT, ESD and indirect-manufacturing routes. Aerospace material selection requires high mechanical performance, thermal stability, dimensional control, ESD or dielectric behaviour where needed, low-outgassing consideration where applicable, and workflow traceability. Material claims must be linked to measured TDS data and application validation.
