Abstract
Deriving quasi Max Planck's Energy & Wave's Frequency relation through mildly modified Isaac Newton's gravitational law - without any need of duality or any other oddity, only using Leonardo da Vinci’s famous "Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else" observation and Albert Einstein's approximate linear dependency between Energy and Mass (E~mc^2).
