INNOVATION: AND NOW, WHAT TO DO? Mathematical answers to innovation management questions.

Open access0 citations

Abstract

SUMMARY The article presents doubts/questions asked daily by innovators of various segments when designing products and services for which they only heard answers based on opinions and guesswork, maintaining a high index/rate of failures, and discouraging the managers-designers of the theme. In this article we offer a summary of the Methodology s.i.t.®© - self compare ideas theory, which answers such questions mathematically, expressing the results in numbers, accompanied by safety alarms when we deviate from the ideal numerical path, desired by the client. Still dissatisfied with such numbers, although essential and "almost enough" to transform failures into successes, S.I.T.®© shows how to transform them into the holistic look of the user. So that innovation is "co-created" with the customer through the Innovation Balance©®. Solving a problem technically satisfies the customer, but to enchant him needs a superior/admirable/ravishing creativity numerically.
