RKMS / COR External Handoff Package — Release Candidate 0.1.1
Abstract
RKMS / COR RC 0.1.1 is a recoverable technical handoff of a typed relational architecture, executable semantic checker (COR-IR), relational-search/candidate-generation bridge, relational navigation loop, provenance machinery, frozen tests, preserved failures, reproduction scripts, historical development road, and reviewer attack material. The architecture separates candidate search from semantic/evidential authority. Relational Search / GPS proposes relations or roads worth considering, while COR tests whether a stronger relational claim has paid its required relations, scope, time, provenance, and rejection conditions. This release preserves not only the resulting architecture but also the questions, tests, failed roads, comparative results, amendments, provenance boundaries, and append-only development road that led to it. It is intended for independent inspection, reproduction, criticism, attack, application, and forward amendment. No demonstrated material superiority over strongest general reasoning is claimed. The release does not claim universal discovery capability, independent scientific discovery, production security certification, or proof that synthetic test performance transfers to open-world reality. The retained execution result of 33,222 / 33,222 refers to test executions in the preserved test corpus only. It is not a probability, reliability estimate, security guarantee, or certification.
