BASE 44 ORDER: Implement E8 root-vector projection layer in news signal pipeline — E8 Intelligence Research

Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #237] Add E8 root-vector projection layer to news signal pipeline: map incoming news embeddings to E8 lattice, compute harmonic weights via dot product with root vectors, then feed weighted features into existing forecasting model. MERLIN: Understood. You want to enhance the news signal pipeline by adding an E8 lattice projection layer. The swarm will now: (1) map incoming news embeddings onto the E8 root lattice, (2) compute harmonic weights via dot products with the 240 root vectors, and (3) feed these weighted features into the existing forecasting model.
