BIT-AGMC-001 - AI-Generated Model Commons: Model Lineage, Distillation, Proprietary Adaptation, Derived Discovery and Bounded Claim Charter (F0-F6 Closure Package, R1)

Open access0 citations

Abstract

BIT-AGMC-001 is a pre-canonical charter and verification archive for describing AI model derivation and model-assisted claims without collapsing lineage, permission, contribution, discovery, verification, invention, priority, ownership or adjudication into a single label. The deposit contains seven read-only, separately versioned stages (F0-F6): constitutional scope and typed lineage; teacher-student capability lineage and typed distillation events; action-specific permission-basis separation; proprietary adaptation and trade-secret-preserving evidence; recursive descendant graphs, multi-teacher and merge relations, scoped contribution materiality and anti-origin-laundering; separation of AI-generated candidates, discovery, verification, reproducibility, invention-candidate and priority evidence; and independent audit, contest, successor correction, withdrawal and bounded non-coercive remedy. Core separations include: No Direct Teacher Access != No Teacher Lineage; Private Adaptation != Independent Origin; Generated != Verified != Admissible != Invented != Legally Owned; Audit != Adjudication; Correction != Erasure; and Closure != Truth Settled. Status: R1 - PRECANONICAL_CLOSED_WITH_SCOPE. F0-F6 close the author's present independent charter-building cycle. AuthorityEmitted=0. F7 public-registry infrastructure is FUTURE_HOLD / NOT BUILT. This archive does not adjudicate real disputes, determine legal ownership, certify model lineage, or attribute misconduct to any person or organization. Future researchers and institutions may extend the field through separately versioned successor work without rewriting the archived F0-F6 lineage.
