Abstract
Description: This paper proposes a framework for understanding truth as relative to the system that evaluates it. It argues that truth is not absolute but depends on assumptions, frame of reference, and the instruction given to the evaluator. Using examples from physics (conservation of energy), mathematics (Gödel's incompleteness theorems), and logic, it shows that any claim can be proven true or false depending on the system. The framework suggests that information is the foundation of all systems and that truth is a property of information within a system.
