Gravitational Manipulation Theory v2.5 — Range-Regime Scaling of Information Sufficiency
Abstract
Gravitational Manipulation Theory (GMT) v2.5 — Range-Regime Scaling of Information Sufficiency GMT v2.5 extends the reconstruction-information sufficiency framework of GMT v2.4 from apparatus-design space to the joint apparatus × interaction-range domain. The interaction range is placed on the dimensionless cross-apparatus coordinate χ = λ / L𝒜, where λ is the Yukawa interaction range and L𝒜 is a frozen apparatus-specific scale. Eight synthetic representative apparatus classes (A–H) are evaluated across three pre-registered range regimes — short, intermediate, and long — forming a frozen 24-cell apparatus × range grid. A common information-ablation hierarchy (𝓘₄ → 𝓘₀), sampling protocol, numerical resolution, certification rule, and mechanical Outcome A/B/C decision rule are fixed before the range-resolved ablation is evaluated. Across the tested grid, the geometry range G₁(χ) spans 1.29–6.09 dex, demonstrating substantial apparatus- and range-dependent variation. Nevertheless, every cell retains the same reconstruction-information boundaries: L*operator = 𝓘₂𝓘min = 𝓘₄ with S = ∅, yielding the pre-registered Outcome A: full apparatus-and-range retention. The result therefore establishes a range-invariant reconstruction-information boundary on the tested, frozen apparatus × range grid, despite substantial variation in the underlying geometry response. The release includes the 13-page manuscript, seven publication figures, frozen configuration, apparatus definitions, normalized range machinery, the 24-cell Stage-2 ablation driver and machine-readable results, asymmetric certification and outcome-classification logic, validation evidence, prior-art audit documentation, figure-generation sources, and end-to-end reproduction instructions. A structured two-pass literature audit located no same-type precedent for the composite construction. Accordingly, any first-of-kind statement is explicitly scoped by “to our knowledge” and is search-negative rather than a proof of non-existence. Claim ceiling: This work does not establish a universal information-sufficiency law. The result is bounded to the tested pre-registered 8 × 3 grid. The eight apparatus are synthetic representative classes rather than real experimental hardware, Monte-Carlo estimates cannot certify a reduction below 𝓘₂, and no experimentally demonstrated gravitational manipulation is claimed.
