Abstract

his study provides single-cell RNA sequencing data of liver tissues from a high-fat diet (HFD)-induced mouse model of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) treated with 2-Hydroxyphenylacetic acid (2HPAA). The dataset includes 4 HFD-control and 3 HFD+2HPAA-treated samples, facilitating the investigation into the hepatoprotective mechanisms of 2HPAA.
