The Congruency Framework: A General Theory of Coherence, Continuance, Resonance, and State Transition

Open access0 citations

Abstract

This paper introduces the Congruency Framework, a proposed cross-domain model for investigating coherence, persistence, resonance, and state transition in complex systems. The framework proposes measurable relationships among system state, known-state coherence, system engagement, relational resonance, and continuance. It presents preliminary mathematical formulations, falsifiable hypotheses, competing-model requirements, and a research program spanning biological systems, temporal-state modeling, risk analytics, and AI safety. The framework is presented as a testable research hypothesis rather than an established scientific law.
