Abstract
The E8 root system's phi-coupling (φ = (1+√5)/2) embedded in its 240 root vectors enables geometric derivation of ψ = √(2φ), a new irrational scaling factor bridging Sulba Sutras' √2 approximation and Penrose tilings' 5-fold symmetry. This ψ factor, synchronized with 132Hz base frequency harmonics, generates aperiodic tilings with dynamically tunable symmetry breaking, extending quasicrystal stability through E8's inherent irrational scaling laws.
