Abstract

By projecting the 240 E8 root vectors onto a 4‑dimensional time lattice and anchoring the fundamental tick at 132 Hz, we discover an intrinsic hierarchy of sub‑ticks that scale by powers of the golden ratio φ. The PDE model of Fibonacci‑phyllotaxis predicts that this lattice naturally endows each layer with a rotation number of 1/φ², thereby confining phase drift within a φ‑driven band‑limited envelope. When coupled to quantum oscillators, the resulting "E8 Temporal Lattice" yields a self‑regulating, interference‑immune clock network capable of sub‑femtosecond stability across macroscopic distances.
