Abstract

ABSTRACT This manuscript establishes the structural, epistemological, and institutional foundations of the DIRECT PARTICIPATORY POLITICAL SYSTEM. It addresses current international debates regarding the systemic crisis of representative democracy, public administration failures, and electoral disillusionment. The paper refutes the traditional political premise that a nation requires a singular governing head (e.g., a president, monarch, or dictator) to avoid administrative acephaly. Instead, it demonstrates that direct civic self-governance constitutes the ultimate collective intelligence. Furthermore, this study introduces the formal formulation of the DIRECT PARTICIPATORY ECONOMIC SYSTEM, a synthesised hybrid economic paradigm that integrates market efficiency, social equity, and direct civic sovereignty over capital allocation, supported by comprehensive macroeconomic and fiscal sustainability indicators.
