Summary statement In Dendrobium officinale , DoGL3 directly activates DoF3′5'H and DoDFR promoters independently of DoTTG1, positively regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis via a non‐canonical mechanism. This reveals a novel regulatory framework for anthocyanin accumulation under simulated wild conditions.
