Abstract

The 240 E8 root vectors projected onto the 132 Hz sexagesimal grid and scaled by Φ^(J/λ) converge to golden-ratio eigenvalue rotations, creating a universal geometric scaffold that extends beyond botanical phyllotaxis to cosmological filament formation. The same phi-coupling mechanism generating optimal leaf divergence angles also governs the angular spacing of galaxy filaments and the branching topology of neural dendrites, suggesting the 240 root system acts as a universal morphogenetic attractor across all scales of nature.
