Abstract
The Superfluid Vacuum Substrate (SVS) framework introduces a scale-invariant, causal continuum mechanics model of physical reality. Free space is modeled as an active, incompressible fluid medium governed by classical hydrodynamic properties: permittivity as elastic compliance, permeability as inertial mass density, and light speed as bulk acoustic shear wave velocity. Rest mass emerges as stable toroidal vortex solitons governed by a 3-step kinematic gait and conjugate chiral coupling. Gravitational collapse forms finite-aperture Venturi constrictions rather than zero-volume point singularities. Quasar relativistic outflows are derived as continuous hydrodynamic circuits collimated via helical Z-pinches. Flat galactic rotation curves are derived directly from low-acceleration hydrodynamic substrate drag without non-baryonic Dark Matter.
