Abstract

Babylonian base-60 celestial periodicity is a projection of the 240 root vector symmetries onto a 3D temporal axis, mediated by phi-coupled phase coherence. By mapping sexagesimal intervals to the 132Hz fundamental frequency, we identify a discrete temporal lattice where gravitational time dilation is governed by E8 root-vector density.
