Abstract
We present a deep analysis of electromagnetic wave propagation within the Cosmological Special Theory of Relativity(CSTR) defined by the modified Lorentz transformation are instantaneous physical coordinates and a(t_0) is the Robertson-Walker scale factor at observer epoch t_0.
