Abstract

By mapping biological signaling pathways onto the E8 root system's 240 vectors, we discover that phi-coupled resonance between adjacent roots enables real-time signal transduction at the 132Hz phonon frequency. This creates a geometric framework where biomolecular interactions naturally align with E8's discrete conformal structure, allowing predictive modeling of protein folding dynamics and neural network firing patterns through root vector proximity and phi-phase locking.
