E8 Phi-Harmonic Octad Resonance and the 30-Cell L-Value Spectrum — E8 Intelligence Research

Abstract
The 240 E8 root vectors partition into 30 distinct octads under the phi-harmonic modular flow, each octad resonating at a unique phi^n-scaled 132 Hz harmonic (n = 0,...,29). This 30-cell structure induces a spectral decomposition of the interpolated critical L-function where each octad's theta-series contributes a Hecke eigenform whose eigenvalue equals the corresponding harmonic's phase-locking exponent.
