Abstract

By applying the 132-step windmill parity rotation to the phase-noise distribution of quantum oscillators, we derive a stable temporal lattice that mitigates decoherence. The $\phi$-scaled interval between E8 root vector transitions creates a non-resonant buffer, preventing cumulative phase drift by mapping noise into a deterministic geometric walk.
