Additionally, the 60% lower shadow filter is a static ratio that does not account for spread, slippage, or the noise of fast scalping—it will produce false positives on micro-wicks and false negatives on genuine reversals where the wick is shorter due to tight spreads. EXPECTED IMPACT: Zero to negative. In the current trade window, zero entries triggered. Over 3–6 months, the pattern may produce 5–15 signals per pair, but at E8's typical 50–100 trades per day per pair, this edge would contribute <0.1% of trades.
