Abstract

191-page research report + complete reproducibility package. This edition supersedes the February 2026 (V7) line; the legacy history is preserved in the repository tag legacy-v7-2026-02. What is new in this version 1. The origin of mass, rebuilt from Layer 0. Bogomolny principle E = 4πK|Q| (“Mass = 4πK × Incompleteness”); homotopy selection theorem π2(G/H) ≅ π1(H) fixing where matter can exist; one-loop NJL quartic theorem. Result: the topological mass tower M(p,q) = 3.95 Nf M √ln (pq)3/4 with ground state 184–201 TeV. The legacy harmonic law M*(1/p + 1/q) is demoted to breathing-mode fine structure; the Standard Model is structurally excluded from the tower (completeness rule, 250σ). 2. The master-scale chain audited end-to-end. Quasi-1D constitutive frame C = g De/(qπvF) = 50/(3π) exactly (the Cl(6) identity De = q − 1); Bogoliubov–de Gennes closure of the self-consistency premise and the one-Andreev-state-per-core (CdGM) count; BCS prefactor 2 proven as the sharp-cutoff theorem; g = 4 identified as the Cl(6) chiral spinor dimension. Look-elsewhere-corrected evidential weight of the 0.012% mτ agreement: 2–3σ (stated honestly, not as proof). 3. Galaxy dynamics with zero free parameters. The participation law u = uN + u0 (uN/u) — exactly equivalent to the standard-μ interpolation, exponent forced by Tully–Fisher — with a0 = cH0/2π from the condensate relaxation rate: the held-out SPARC test passes with no globally fitted parameter (χ2ν = 4.918 < 5.0, ledger-preregistered). 4. Real-data validation gates. CMB TT/TE/EE against the real Planck 2018 binned spectra (χ2ν = 1.008/1.171/1.118, published parameters, zero tuning); solar-system suppression δ(Saturn) = 1.4×10−12 vs the Cassini bound (seven orders of margin); PRyMordial BBN (Yp at 0.5σ); real Bullet Cluster survey imagery. Gate criteria are frozen in scripts/gates_criteria.json; every change is ledger-logged before reruns. 5. Dark-matter production computed. The symmetric Kibble–Zurek relic is excluded (Ωh2 ∼ 10−18–10−12 after geometric annihilation, across all uncertainty bands); the tower is viable as dark matter only through a primordial topological asymmetry with the exact target YΔ = 2.4×10−15 — a falsifiable cogenesis requirement predicting null indirect detection. 6. Honesty infrastructure. A 13-script verification suite with committed logs; epistemic tag system [THM]/[NUM]/[LIT]/[HYP]/[ARG]; corrections applied in place (self-consistent H0 = 68.7, ∼23% tension mitigation; the Seifert lepton law downgraded after failing mμ/me by 44%; the SIDM velocity table marked FAILED after non-reproduction; the k-mouflage screening story replaced by a branch-dichotomy theorem plus the validated interpolation law). A global adversarial referee review certifies that no claim is stated above its evidential grade; items under active research are explicitly marked and registered. 7. Scholarly apparatus. 111 verified bibliography entries (each checked against the literature; one unverifiable citation rejected during the audit); 0 compile errors; 0 undefined references; master notation and validation-status tables; Data & Code Availability statement.
