Recognition (4): Stage 4 Recognition and Triage with tailor-made NBSLP narratives. Safety Gate: Low Branch SUDS <6 = proceed, High Branch ≥6 = Safety Signal FIRST protocol (4-8 breathing x2, grounding, 3 safe cues, 3-fail STOP). No information introduced while SUDS ≥6.
