Observation as Access: A Quantum Traction Theory Dissolution of the Measurement Problem
Abstract
When does a laboratory record belong to the source, and when does it belong to the measurement camera? Master equation: source, physical access operation, and laboratory camera. This paper treats observation as a finite access operation rather than an observer-dependent event: \[ \boxed{ \mathcal O_{\rm lab} = \mathcal C_{\rm lab}\!\left[\mathcal P_A(\rho_{\rm src})\right], \qquad \frac{\partial\rho_{\rm src}}{\partial\mathcal C_{\rm lab}}=0. } \] The source state, the physical access projector, and the laboratory camera have different jobs. A camera may change what is visible without rewriting completed source history. The central-projector theorem adds a strict separator: the standard angle-angular-momentum boundary relation is a coordinate-boundary comparator, not this paper's master equation, not a physical access projector, and not independent QTT evidence. A passive change of coordinate seam must leave a physical access prediction unchanged; otherwise the candidate is ineligible for a QTT verdict. The paper also executes a public Wettzell ring-laser camera audit while keeping the raw physical camera, canonical projector, and A1 reference-switch verdict explicitly open. The result is a stronger rule for what a future experimental row is allowed to claim.
