Primordial Evolution of Torsional Rigidity ϵT (T )
Abstract
Abstract This theoretical note is part of the Topological Crystal Universe model (UCT v6.1.4) and proposes a rigorous mechanical and thermodynamic alternative to the cosmological inflation phase and the initial singularity of the standard $\Lambda\text{CDM}$ model. By establishing the thermal scaling law of the torsional rigidity $\epsilon_T(T) = \epsilon_T^{(0)} \cdot f(T/T_0)$ of the $S^3/I^*$ manifold, we demonstrate that at primordial temperatures ($T \sim 10^{32}\text{ K}$), the spacetime lattice possessed a hyper-rigidity $\epsilon_T^{\text{primordial}} \approx 7.68 \times 10^{16}\text{ kg}\cdot\text{m}^{-1}\cdot\text{s}^{-1}$, 31 orders of magnitude greater than its current relaxation value ($\epsilon_T^{(0)} = 7.686354 \times 10^{-15}\text{ kg}\cdot\text{m}^{-1}\cdot\text{s}^{-1}$). This extreme tension implies a torsional stress propagation velocity $c_T \gg c$, explaining the homogeneity of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) by ultra-fast mechanical conduction without an \textit{ad hoc} inflaton field. Furthermore, this hyper-rigidity imposes an elastic saturation (Phase B) preventing collapse toward an infinite density ($t=0$). Finally, we describe the "unfreezing" of the dynamic mass operator $\mathbf{\hat{M}}$ during elasto-thermal decompression via torsional-to-transverse mode conversion (\textit{Torsional-to-Transverse Uncoupling}).
