QTT Dynamic-Circuit Completed-Record and Timing-Access Extension
Abstract
A Hardware-Ready Route to an Unprogrammed Record-to-Clock Test Dynamic circuits can already write mid-circuit outcomes, condition later operations, and erase coherent markers. This preregistered extension removes the control path that would make the result trivial: a physical record is written and retained, while an independently calibrated timing mode is read without allowing the record label to control its preparation, pulses, scheduler, or measurement basis. The completed-record camera is \[ \eta_T = F_{\rm joint}^{2} = F^2\!\left( \rho_{RME}^{\rm meas}, \rho_{RME}^{\rm ideal} \right), \] and the registered timing-access frontier is \[ \mathcal U_T^{\star} = \left|(1-\eta_T)\,\Upsilon_{\rm tr}+b_N\right|. \] The canonical branch, reachable only after every physical and statistical certificate passes, is \[ \boxed{ \mathcal U_T^{\star}=1-F_{\rm joint}^{2} }. \] The causal firewall is explicit: \[ \boxed{ R\nrightarrow C, \qquad M\nrightarrow C, \qquad E_{\rm mcm}\nrightarrow C }. \] Thirty activation gates precede any theory verdict. The starting external dynamic-circuit archive reproduces in 161/161 checks at maximum absolute discrepancy \(1.11\times10^{-16}\), but remains standard-quantum qualification only because it lacks the registered independent timing channel. All sixteen deliberate gate mutations force INELIGIBLE_NO_THEORY_VERDICT. The dynamic-circuit ladder counts named laboratory record carriers. It is not the A3 twenty-four-front White-Void family and has no verdict on A2 support, A3 cosmological source volume, or a universal 23 entropy coefficient.
