Reversing human aging according to the Quatotron method: Analysis of the phenomenon of heterochronic parabiosis and systemic restoration of the body's meta-environments
Abstract
Relevance. Heterochronic parabiosis, a surgical connection of the circulatory systems of organisms of different ages, has been demonstrating the phenomenon of rejuvenation of old tissues under the influence of a young systemic environment for more than 150 years. However, the traditional reductionist search for individual "factors of youth" did not lead to the creation of effective and safe methods for managing the biological age of a person. Aim. To present the theoretical and experimental justification of the Quatotron method, the first engineering system that reproduces the rejuvenating effect of heterochronic parabiosis without surgical intervention and the introduction of foreign substances. Methods. Based on the analysis of literature data on parabiosis and our own theoretical developments (classification of 20 meta-environments of the body, non-informational theory of life, anakinesis), a multimodal physical environment was created in a confined space, including eight simultaneously acting components (thermal, electromagnetic, photonic, acoustic, electrokinetic, magnetostatic, gas, biogenic-food) with field intensities below the natural background. Efficacy was evaluated by single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) of the buccal epithelium in 12 volunteers (55–91 years old) before, during four courses of Quatotron every three months, in combination with a nutrient diet — foods with a high density of objects (PP > 800/5). Results. After four courses, the proportion of senescent cells (p16INK4a-positive) in the buccal epithelium decreased from 18% to 4% (p<0.001), the keratin profile shifted towards donors 40–55 years of age, and transcriptomic heterogeneity decreased. The technique was used on 110 volunteers for 8 years (3–91 years) with improvement in more than 30 previously incurable diseases. A reversal of age-related changes was recorded in 7 people aged 55–91, including the author. No adverse events were reported for 8 years (>35,000 hours). Conclusion. The Quatotron is a science-based, safe, and effective approach to systemic rejuvenation based on the body's evolutionary ability to molecular self-repair and physical restoration of the body's intracellular architecture and meta-environments. Extended randomized clinical trials are required.
