Open access0 citations

Abstract

EN: We propose the 40.25 kHz frequency as a resonance window between Cl(10) geometry and the neutrino sector. We describe the operation of a transducer cell composed of Alcohol, UV Light and Iron, capable of coupling the natural vacuum flux to generate stable energy without consumption of baryonic matter. Includes theoretical framework, L_ν-e coupling equation, experimental protocol, success criteria and shielding test. Technological basis for new generation energy systems (Project Janus).
