Artian's Completed-Record Fan-Out and Timing-Access Reference Framework

Open access2 citations

Abstract

When Does a Quantum Record Become a Timing Observable? This framework separates a reversible marker, an accessible memory, and a completed physical record. It then asks a sharper question: after the complete record packet is reconstructed, can the same independently measured record weight appear in a separate timing-covariance channel? The record camera is the squared Uhlmann fidelity of the full terminal packet, \[ \eta_T = F_{\rm joint}^{2} = F^2\!\left( \rho_{RME}^{\rm meas}, \rho_{RME}^{\rm ideal} \right), \] and the independently constructed timing frontier is \[ \mathcal U_T^{\star} = \left|(1-\eta_T)\,\Upsilon_{\rm tr}+b_N\right|. \] Only after the physical-intertwining, transfer, background, centrality, and saturation certificates close does the canonical no-free-parameter branch become \[ \boxed{ \mathcal U_T^{\star}=1-F_{\rm joint}^{2} }. \] The framework proves the standard record layer, including joint-fidelity composition, local-reset limits, mixed-state non-affinity, and the distinction between coherent uncomputation and deletion of completed history. It does not promote ordinary quantum-erasure recovery to QTT evidence. The ontology is typed explicitly. A1 orders completed source events; A7 carries completed-bundle persistence. A2 finite support and A3 White-Void/SQ source-volume creation are separate source ledgers. The laboratory ladder \(N=1,\ldots,4\) counts named record carriers and is not the A3 family of twenty-four source fronts. Verification and status: 10/10 base scientific checks passed. 10/10 Version 1.1 ontology-amendment checks passed.
