Abstract

La Profilée (LP) proposes a universal structural law of nature governing identity under transformation. Its starting point is that persistence is diachronic identity: the preservation of the relevant sameness relation through transformation. LP distinguishes this from the deeper condition of determinacy itself: distinguishability is the ground of there being any determinate this rather than not-this, while identity is the ground of persistence. From its independent derivation, LP identifies Frame, Module and Coupling as the irreducible roles through which a determinate persister can bear transformation, together with selective admissibility, integration and an existence boundary. The resulting verdict architecture separates continued existence (Q1) from identity (Q2), with Q2 further typed into persistence-class identity (Q2a) and identity-profile continuity (Q2b). LP therefore proposes a structural law with its own structural dynamics rather than a domain-specific dynamical law: it does not replace domain mechanisms or force physical values, but specifies the architecture, admissibility relations, and regime dynamics under which changes remain attributable to a persisting system.
