4.4 S.I.T. - THE BALANCE OF INNOVATION

Abstract

Abstract: In the fourth and last part, we finalized this presentation bringing the items that end the (r) evolution of innovation. The ecosystem allows the manager - innovator to follow a sequence of phases in which each one releases to the next to meet some logical-numerical- characteristics, eliminating uncertainties and reducing to the minimum possible the risks of rejection of the user. Although we already have the three fundamental/conditional pre-requisites to realize the innovation, they are still not enough, as detailed in the previous parts. We need to submit them to the users' appreciation - consumers in the sales windows to see the innovation exposed. The Balance da Innovation®© also corrects an imperfection/incompleteness practiced in the traditional methods, which operate on the systems with two choices, A x B, offering eight alternatives. In contrast, the Balance of Innovation®©, with three options, A x B x C, shows 27 alternatives. Thus, the 19 alternatives hidden, invisible to managers are brought to the surface to their considerations, preventing clients from being treated as irrational or having decisions not understood/not foreseen by innovators. The Balance also adds the user's holistic way of evaluating ideas, transforming the three "linear - sequential" pre-requisites and the user's own elements - mind, heart, and pocket - into a global/total vision that characterizes the Balance itself - customer think, customer experience, customer-centric. We also present a solution to a persevering problem in this environment: Black Hole of Innovation®©, where countless innovations submerge. We close this last part by delivering a Diagram - Innovation Flowchart that exposes the simplicity and rationality of Innovation Management by the S.I.T.®© method. The only logical-mathematical method is designed exclusively from the user's point of view.
