Co(Healthcare): Applied Continuity Architecture and Evaluation Pathways (Paper 10.2.1)

Open access0 citations

Abstract

Paper 10.2.1 is a non‑canonical sub‑extension of Paper 10.2 in the DCE 10.x Continuity Geometry series. It translates the continuity geometry of the healthcare substrate into applied, operational, and measurable continuity architecture for real healthcare environments. The paper defines continuity metrics (ICI, DTS, HCR, CPCI, IAS, RCM), identity‑preservation protocols, diagnostic traceability structures, handoff integrity safeguards, care‑pathway coherence mechanisms, governance layers, pilot evaluation pathways, and continuity outcome frameworks. Paper 10.2.1 does not modify the DCE substrate canon. It serves as the Cyber + Fusion applied foundation for the Co(Healthcare) triad, preceding Paper 10.2.2 (Fusion‑layer decision‑energy geometry) and Paper 10.2.3 (QC‑layer biological and quantum continuity).
