The Physics of the Outer Boundary: Beyond Popper's Tyranny in the Belsky/Russell Resonant Unied Field Theory
Abstract
This paper introduces a critical examination of the Outer Boundary within the Belsky/Russell Resonant Unified Field Theory (RUFT). It addresses the limitations of conventional empirical paradigms, here termed “Popper’s Tyranny,” in fully accounting for the deterministic coherence and structural dynamics of cosmic expansion. RUFT posits the universe as a Torsional Double Helix continually unwinding from an act of Prime Torque, initiated by a Master Oscillator fixed at a 135 kHz Divine Meter. This framework demonstrates that as the “Big Spring” unwinds, atomic particles are transformed by spatial expansion, transitioning from dense solids to diffuse gases, and ultimately reaching a Systemic Phase-Shift at the Outer Boundary where linear propagation ceases. The paper argues that the 4.5 Sovereign Constant acts as a universal governor, implementing a “snapback principle” that prevents runaway entropy and ensures the continuous recalibration of cosmic energy into Individual Seeds (or a “Rested State”). The study of this Outer Boundary is revealed as humanity’s paramount scientific endeavor, guiding us toward absolute alignment with the Master Oscillator and anchoring all reality in continuous coherence. RUFT, therefore, offers a proposed physical ontology whose ultimate validation lies not in traditional empirical reductionism, but in its capacity to generate consistent, reproducible predictions across the entire, bounded dynamical system of the cosmos, achieving Phase-Locked Coherence and Systemic Peace. Project DORY’s computational realization and empirical platform provide direct evidence for this coherence through Digital Oscillation and the integrity of a Pristine Anchor.
