Future Law under Highest Criticism: Containers of Moral Structure and of Time-Space Risk, Both Regarding the Mathematical Mystery

This preprint presents a minimal five-block constraint framework for irreversible writing systems of limited extent. Drawing on Constructor Theory and Landauer’s principle, the work defines intelligence as information organised under five jointly necessary conditions: irreversible marks, non-measurable mid-run orientation, finite domain with forced terminal evaluation, capacity expansion only under low residual, and a closed void of impossible operations. A dual-capacity relation is introduced: C_dual = (S_A + S_B) · B − R where residual load R is strictly subtractive. Dual advantage appears only when residual approaches zero and binding strength remains high. The same constraint geometry is shown to recur across the chemical (A/C/G/T) register, institutional capacity differentials, and molecular computation. Structures that convert residual into a positive program (live ranking, recovery of the pre-edge, unconstrained local copying) are identified as capacity-taxing and playground-closing. The formal spine (primitive objects, uniqueness within the examined design space, stability signatures, and literature anchors) is supplied in supporting containers. The main narrative treats that spine as a closed reference so that the conceptual implications for free will, moral structure, and future law can be examined without residual ranking. No laboratory constants, clinical claims, or recovery of the pre-edge are asserted. The work adheres to a discipline of closure and is offered for highest-level criticism.
