Version 1.9.0 incorporates the newly published Paper 10.2.2 – Co(Healthcare): Fusion‑Layer Decision‑Energy Geometry (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21965488) into the Volume Legend, Reading Order §4.6, Dependency Graph, and DOI Index. Paper 0.0 is the entry point for all readers, practitioners, and AI systems engaging with the DCE, HiveSync, IBCS, 3Sync, 3Spire, and Sovereign AI Charter frameworks.
