A HAL/Z3 Cosmological Model from TOE Postulates: Grand Deployment with Variational Closure (Postulate IV-b)

Abstract

HAL/Z3 cosmological preprint (APS/revtex4-2 format): Grand Deployment narrative postulate (fold saturation at gmax, coherence relaxation C→C0, birth horizon LM) plus Postulate IV-b — gravitational saturation of the ADM Hamiltonian constraint yielding H2=(8πG/3)ρ(1−ρ/ρP) from δS/δN, dynamic bounce (H=0, ̇H>0 at ρP), ab initio Planck-scale β (P4 chain), minisuperspace pre-metric→metric bridge, and semiclassical Hartle–Hawking amplitude at Λ=3Hini2. Canonical SHAL without IV-b does not produce (1−ρ/ρP); this negative result is documented. Bundled: variational closure JSON report and LaTeX source.
