Severe steroid-refractory CIP and exploration of potential biomarkers: A case report
Open access0 citations
Abstract
We performed targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS) on bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from a 66-year-old male patient with severe steroid-refractory immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated pneumonitis (grade 4). The sequencing generated raw reads on the Illumina platform. The dataset provides comprehensive microbial profiling of the pulmonary microenvironment and facilitated the exclusion of infectious etiologies, enabling timely escalation of immunosuppressive therapy. The raw sequencing data are available under this project accession number.
