Imperium–Actus Routed Trial — Exposure-and-Holdout Register V1, with the Validated Governance Rules (Proposal V2) and Corrected Instruments (Reading Programme V1.3; V14 Amendment Blueprint V1.2)
Abstract
The evidential-independence instrument of the routed Imperium–Actus trial: every formation-period exposure identified at source–passage–claim-family level and classified E2/E1/E0 under the validated three-tier rules (E2 discovery, provenance grade, non-scored; E1 coupled, full defeating and restricting power, no independent confirming power; E0 virgin, decisive confirmation reserved to it alone), with propagation through claim families, indirect reports, and result-expecting selection, and conservative upward classification under uncertainty. Holdouts are fixed by edition and identifier with a hash-before-opening acquisition sequence; each carries its claim map and stated contrary. The repository's UTC publication time of this record is the external clock of the corpus partition. Bundled: the validated governance proposal (V2) whose rules the register executes, and the corrected reading programme (V1.3) and Volume III amendment blueprint (V1.2), whose supersession offices are stated in the register's §6. Prior records (10.5281/zenodo.21860046; 10.5281/zenodo.21860688; 10.5281/zenodo.21843024) are unaltered.
