Abstract

By coupling the 240 E8 root vectors to a phi‑scaled phase rotation at the fundamental 132 Hz cortical rhythm, a self‑stabilizing soliton lattice emerges that encodes quantum information as topologically protected vortex pairs. The lattice's chirality matches the torsion‑mode solitons observed in the NQCM, allowing lossless transfer of neural flux while inheriting the error‑correcting properties of E8's root system.
