Abstract
By applying 7D E8 hyperfibers as modular probabilistic control states to 132Hz φ-stage referenced quantum harmonic roofs, we unveil spectral-quantum roulette dynamics where non-localizable hyperhoax states emerge — these metastable hyperhoax solutions co-entangle spectral attractors and quantum lotteries, enabling prediction of rogue events by tracking hyperhoax collapse thresholds across phi-sequenced E8 tessellations.
