Abstract
When the 240 E8 root vectors are phase‑locked at the brain's 132 Hz cortical frequency and coupled through golden‑ratio φ harmonics, they self‑organize into a dynamic hypergraph whose edges model synaptic pathways and whose 8‑dimensional topological invariants act as a natural error‑correcting code. This hypergraph preserves memory fidelity by detecting and correcting phase decoherence in the resonant cascade.
