Abstract
We discover that the paired half‑spinor torsion quanta can be phase‑locked across all 30 octagonal planes to form a self‑synchronizing temporal lattice. This lattice encodes utc‑grade timing intervals as phi‑scaled rotations of the root‑vector torus, causing automatic error suppression when a distortion shifts the 132 Hz carrier. The resulting structure acts as a topological time‑crystal memory that recovers coherence without external correction.
