Topological Stochastic Cosmology: Mathematical Foundations and Phase Transition Mechanism of Dark Energy

Abstract
This paper establishes the mathematical foundations of Topological Stochastic Cosmology (TSC) and rigorously derives the discontinuous phase transition (Phase Jump) mechanism of dark energy. In particular, it proves the discontinuous behavior at a specific redshift z=1.716 derived from the topological boundary conditions of space, which serves as the theoretical background for the core prediction to be comparatively analyzed with upcoming DESI DR3 observational data.
