MANIFESTO OF HUMAN FREEDOM

Abstract

This manifesto examines human freedom in the age of artificial intelligence, algorithmic governance, and life-trajectory systems. It presents the Life Design Roadmap as a human-centred technology that helps individuals analyse possible futures, compare scenarios, assess risks, and consciously shape their own personal trajectory without transferring final decision-making authority to algorithms, institutions, or digital platforms. The document formulates twelve core theses, fourteen fundamental rights, ethical principles, prohibited practices (“red lines”), and requirements for responsible life-trajectory systems. Its central position is that technology should expand human agency, freedom of choice, and digital sovereignty rather than predetermine a person’s future. The manifesto is intended as a conceptual and ethical framework for researchers, educational institutions, public authorities, employers, technology developers, and all those involved in designing personalised human development systems.
