Abstract

English Abstract: This paper traces the logical derivation of all core qualitative concepts within the Political Philosophy Cohesion Model, starting from its fundamental formula Ω = ρ × min(V, M, T_tool). Beginning with the three fundamental functional requirements for state survival, it deductively conceptualizes Value (V), Methodology (M), and Tool (T_tool). It subsequently derives the Wooden Barrel Principle (min function) and the Matrix Homogeneity coefficient (ρ), applying the Three Inquiries to strictly define the difference between "cohesion" and "hybridization." It further distinguishes between Active Synthesis and Passive Synthesis of Value over Methodology and Tool—which directly determine whether the efficiency coefficient η is released or diminished—and categorizes deficiencies into "completable dynamic deficiencies" versus "non-completable static deficiencies." The paper demonstrates that the formulaic system itself acts as a rigorous generator of qualitative concepts.
