Observer Determinism: A Unified Cosmological Framework Reconciling 100% Determinism and Conscious Agency via Path-Selection

Abstract

Classical Newtonian mechanics and General Relativity describe a strictlydeterministic universe governed by invariant physical laws. Conversely, standardcognitive science often struggles to account for conscious agency without eitherinvoking non-physical force creation or reducing consciousness to an illusorybyproduct of complex neural computation. This paper introduces ObserverDeterminism (OD), a unified framework demonstrating that 100% cosmologicaldeterminism and genuine conscious agency co-exist as a single seamlesscontinuum.
